Zotero Support

Zotero provides technical support through the following options.  Remember, Zotero is an open source software option.  As a result, there is not a help line to call, but there is an extensive user community and experienced developers who can answer your questions.

  • Documentation
The Zotero documentation provides extensive directions on how to use Zotero's many features.
  • User Forums
Either search Zotero's user forums for help with your question or post a new question and either a Zotero staffer or someone from the user community will provide a response. The user forums are a great place to ask questions not addressed in the documentation.
