Most of the Valley Library's geology collection is located on the 1st floor. However, many related topics - particularly physical geography and hydrology - are located on the 6th floor.

Maps are located on the 3rd floor.

Some records for the older USGS publications are not fully catalogued.

To find USGS publications, try:

Searching the library catalog for the unique title of the report
Searching for the series title and looking for the number you need
USGS Publications Warehouse to see if it's online

Below are links to some of the more common USGS publication series in the library catalog and the call number for the print (or microform) editions.
