Usually you can access annual reports by visiting a company's homepage and searching on their website.

However, if this doesn't work, here are two resources that might help you in your search:

This free service allows users to review an annual report in an easy and convenient manner. They claim to have the most complete and up-to-date listings of annual reports on the internet.

Wall Street Annual Reports
This is a free service, and is sponsored by the hundreds of companies participating in the Annual Reports Service.

What is Plagiarism?

Don't accidentally plagiarize, because plagiarism is a form of academic dishonesty that can have serious consequences. At Oregon State University cases of plagiarism are handled by the academic department and the Office of Student Conduct. Usually students receive a warning, but plagiarism can lead to sanctions or suspension from the university.

Finding Newspaper Articles in Lexis Nexis

You can find information about your corporation in LexisNexis Academic. Along the top of the page choose the "Business" tab (see screenshot). On the next page simply enter your company name into the search box. You'll see news, financial information, legal information, and you'll also have the ability to create a custom report that you can email to yourself.

Finding Journal, Magazine, and Newspaper Articles
