Creating a New ICAP

Page Set-Up Screen
To create a new ICAP you first have to set-up the page by entering page information into a form.
The page set-up form requires a title, course data and a layout.
Adding Content (Modules) to an ICAP
Once you have an opened ICAP there are two ways to add modules to the page:
- Create new modules (1)
- Reuse QuickStart modules (2)

Add Modules Screen
Creating New Modules
There are modules for text, /images, RSS, widgets, videos, chats, custom search boxes and more.

Create New Modules dialog
Modules are created through a web form. Each module can be re-named and saved as a quickstart (2). The module content depends on the module type. The module's form can include a WYSIWYG or code editor, formated input boxes, image uploader, or other form elements (1). A module is not added to a page until the form is submitted (3).

Reusing QuickStart Modules
Quickstart Modules are reusable modules that can quickly be added to multiple ICA
pages.
When you add a quickstart module to a page you are adding a copy of the module. Once added to a
new page the quickstart modules become a part of that new page therefore, when you edit one it
will not change the equivalent module on other ICA pages.
