Why Am I Asking For Donations?
I am saving up to buy a Panasonic DVX-100B Canon HV20 video camera. I've tried saving up for a good camera for years, but things keep happening when I get close that deplete my savings. The donation approach might help expedite the savings process and help me reach my goal quick enough to make this thing happen. I'm not promising to have a new video each week, but the end result should be a higher quality image than what I produce currently.

What If I Spend This Money On Crack?
First of all, I have been off crack since 1977. And the one promise I will make is that all of the donated funds will be put into a camera fund that I will not touch no matter what until I have enough to buy a camera.

Is There Going To Be A List Of Sponsors?
I don't plan on posting a list of people who have donated - I think it should be confidential. I don't want to make anybody feel obligated to donate.
