Scholar'sArchive : Electronic copies of OSU theses and dissertations. 2007 - present.
Dissertation Abstracts Dissertations and Masters Theses completed at US institutions. If you find a dissertation you're interested in, use ILL to request it. Be aware, though, that not all libraries will lend them. If you can't borrow a dissertation from another library, you can purchase a copy from Proquest/UMI.

Summit (Orbis Cascades) Catalog
A catalog of the holdings of academic libraries in Oregon and Washington. Request books not at OSU (or checked out) and have them sent here in 3-4 working days.

The Library purchases individual standards from other organizations (for example, ISO). Search for these by keyword and "ISO" in the library catalog.
